Body Jewellery is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This is UK law, and it is due to health and safety reasons: but this does not affect your statutory rights. If the jewellery you receive is faulty, you must contact us within 3 working days. If so, we will ask you for proof, and then organise a repair from our supplier, or we will replace the product. You will be responsible to pay the postage fees related to your return/exchange. No returns will be accepted and no refund will be issued at any point for body jewellery. All sales are final for body jewellery.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY Prices in this website and at the studio can differ! Body jewellery and other products available on this website might not be available at the studio. Also, body jewellery and other products available at the studio might not be available on this website. We try and keep an accurate count of the jewellery available on this website, however, we might get it wrong sometime; if we are unable to fulfil your order straight away due to the product you ordered being unavailable, we will contact you immediately and offer to refund you or to organise a back order for you.

ORDERS Products supplied by Pierce Me London Ltd to customers remain the property of the company, until paid in full by the customer. Once we have received the payment, we will send you an order confirmation to the email you provided in the order form. We aim at dispatching orders the same day; however, on occasions, it may take up to 3 working days for an order to be dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking details.
PAYMENT Payments accepted are: Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, American Express, Paypal and Mastercard. All payments on piercemelondon.co.uk are processed with Stripe payment fulfilment service. Stripe complies with the Electronic Commerce Directive. Pierce Me London Ltd has no liability whatsoever for the availability and functionality of this service, and would have no liability for any financial loss caused by the use of Stripe payment service. Payment in whole, by Paypal, debit or credit card, is required before the dispatch of any order. Once we have received the payment, we will send you an order confirmation to the email you provided in the order form.
CANCELLATION Orders* made on this website, (Body jewellery and aftercare products only), can be cancelled if you email us within 1 hour. We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us, if we have insufficient stock to fulfil your order. If so, we will email you to let you know, and we will offer you to change your order, or to get a full refund*, (*to your initial method of payment), which should reach you within 5 working days.
LIABILITY If you do not receive your order within 7 working days of the date which you ordered, you have to let us know, by email, within 14 days of the date on which you ordered: or we will have no liability to you. If your order is incorrect, damaged or defective, you should notify us by email, within 3 working days of the delivery of your order: or we will have no liability to you. If you email us about an issue with your order, under this condition; we will replace any missing item, or replace the damaged or defective items, or refund you the amount paid for the items in question, in any way we prefer. We require that defective/damaged product(s) should be returned to us, using a Royal Mail Signed For service, at your own cost. Pierce Me London Ltd accepts no liability for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense of any kind arising out of any issue you notify us of under this condition. We will have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the item(s) in question stated above. GIFT CARDS Gift Cards purchased on this website are subject to our full terms and conditions. By purchasing a gift card, you agree to our full terms and conditions as well as the terms and conditions displayed during the transaction, on Gift Up! If a gift card is used to pay at the studio, and the amount to pay is less than the amount of the gift card, then no change will be given, the remaining amount will be void. Gift cards are valid for a year from date of purchase. If unused after that, they are no longer valid.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK It is your responsibility to obey and comply with all applicable regulations and legislations, such as obtaining import or other permits, and obtaining all necessary customs, if you order from our website. Beware as importation and exportation of certain products to you might be against some national laws. Pierce Me London Ltd accepts no liability regarding import/export for the items you buy from this site. For outside the United Kingdom, by ordering from this website, you are responsible for all customs fees resulting from your order with us.
CLICK AND COLLECT When ordering on our website, there is sometimes an option to: "pick up your order at the studio", at the checkout. This service is available for our London studios. When selecting this, your order will be sent at one of Pierce Me London's studios. You will have the option to pick from our 2x studios for the order collection. Once it has arrived, you will receive an email confirmation. Just make sure to bring your photo ID for the collection, as we will require to see it before you can collect the item(s).
PIERCE ME LONDON ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM When booking an online appointment with any of our online booking systems: if you choose to use one of our online booking systems, you then agree to our full terms and conditions. Piercing fee and jewellery are NOT included: the appointment fee will be deducted of the final price to pay at the studio. Please note that, appointments can be rescheduled, but only up to 24h before the booking! (Bookings made the same day can not be changed or cancelled.) After 24h before the appointment, it can not be cancelled, or rescheduled: the booking fee will not be refunded, nor the booking changed to a later date. (You will need to purchase a new booking if you want one.) Appointments can be cancelled, up to 24h before the appointment booked, but we will charge £1 as a cancellation fee. (If you encounter any issue with rescheduling or cancelling your booking, just email us so we can assist you with it.) We will prioritise appointments that show up on time: if you are running late, please let us know as soon as you possibly can... (Coming late to your appointment might mean not getting the procedure done and losing your deposit; or having to wait a lot more so we can fit you in!) If you do not come for your appointment, the booking fee will not be refunded, and nor the booking changed to a later date: you will need to purchase a new booking if you want one. When able, we will accept walk-ins, but scheduling an appointment with us before coming is strongly recommended. If during your appointment, the body piercer's opinion is that your anatomy is not suitable for the piercing you came for, and if you do not wish to get any other piercing done, then we will refund* you the appointment fee you paid on the booking platform to your initial method of payment. (*It should reach you within 5 working days.) Additionally, we request that all clients wear some form of face mask or facial covering that covers completely their mouth and nose when visiting our studio, and to come alone for their appointment! Please book with us only if you feel well, and if you have not had cold or flu symptoms recently, or been in contact with someone who has. We have a strict age policy: we recommend to bring a photo I.D with date of birth as we may require to see it. (Correct ID includes: Passport, Drivers License, Provisional Drivers License, UK Citizen Card. Photos of ID’s are not valid, nor are School Cards, Bus or Tram Passes, University Student Card.) For most piercings, we start from 16 years old, but for Microdermals, nipple piercings, and genital piercings, we can do it for over 18 years old only. Please note that we will only use our jewellery for initial piercings for health and safety reasons. You shouldn't get a new piercing if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. During pregnancy, your body focuses much of its energy on supporting your baby's growth, which may increase the risk of complications or infections that could be transmitted to your baby in utero. The same caution applies to breastfeeding: with your body working hard to produce milk, immune responses may be lowered, making complications during the healing more likely. Additionally, hormonal fluctuations associated with pregnancy and breastfeeding can disrupt even long-healed piercings, ,meaning fresh piercings are unlikely to heal successfully during this time. If you have booked an appointment yet you are pregnant or breastfeeding, and you come on the day of your booking to get the piercing done: we will not be able to issue a refund for you as we do have a strict 24h notice cancellation policy. If you have had fillers on or near the area you wish to get pierced, we will not be able to perform the piercing for you.
