We recommend booking an appointment before visiting us, though it’s not essential. Please note, however, that bookings will be given priority.

Strict Age Policy

We have a strict age policy in place. We strongly recommend bringing valid photo ID showing your date of birth, as we may need to check it before providing any services.

If we request to see your ID and you are unable to provide it, unfortunately, we will not be able to proceed with your appointment. In such cases, your deposit and booking may be lost.

Accepted forms of valid ID include:

  • Passport

  • Driving Licence or Provisional Driving Licence

  • UK Citizen Card

Please note that photos of IDs, school cards, bus or tram passes, and university student cards are not considered valid forms of identification.

For most piercings, our minimum age is 16 years old.

For microdermal piercings, nipple piercings, and genital piercings, you must be 18 years or older.

Important Booking & Health Information

If you are visiting with a friend or partner and both of you would like to get piercings, please make sure to book consecutive appointments to ensure we can accommodate you both.

Health Considerations

Please only book an appointment if you are feeling well. If you have recently experienced cold or flu symptoms, or have been in contact with someone who has, we kindly ask that you wait before booking your appointment. We also recommend that clients wear a face mask or facial covering that covers both the mouth and nose when visiting our studio.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

We do not recommend getting new piercings while pregnant or breastfeeding. During pregnancy, your body focuses its energy on supporting your baby’s growth, which can increase the risk of complications or infections — some of which could potentially affect your baby. Similarly, during breastfeeding, your immune system is working hard to produce milk, which may lower your body’s ability to heal piercings properly. Hormonal changes associated with both pregnancy and breastfeeding can also affect even long-healed piercings, making new piercings unlikely to heal successfully during this time. For your safety and the best possible healing, we advise waiting until after pregnancy and breastfeeding before booking a new piercing.

The appointment fee does not include the piercing fee or the cost of jewellery. Your appointment fee will, however, be deducted from the final price payable at the studio.

Changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. A small cancellation fee of £1 will apply.
